Great business and customer service. They always call to confirm day prior. Najmah is highly skilled! She follows the 'trail of tension' and is very intuitive with knots and pain. Her massages during my pregnancy and after have helped with my pain and discomfort tremendously.
I had a massage yesterday with Shay. He is very polite and i felt comfortable the entire time while undressed. The shop is located in the basement of a home but there are directional signs to the rear yard. I like how they decorated the place. My only suggestion would be to vacuum the floors, replace the pillow on the table (it's old and moves during the massage) and provide a sanitary cover for your face while facedown on the table. As with all things, Shay is exceptional but not a good match for me. Wishing your black-owned business continued success.
Mr. Shay was great. He was very professional and had great pressure. He helped stretch out some real tight spots and worked out several knots. When you arrive, you’ll follow the sidewalk around to the back of the house to find the entrance. I am staying in National Harbor but I came here over the Gaylord National because the reviews were so much better. Absolutely would recommend.
Location: it’s on residential area, so you’ll have to go to the back by following the red brick side walk. Masseuse: Najmah was awesome, she’s one of the best massage therapist I ever had, and I’ve been going to multiple locations for years. She found all the tension/tight area and did an amazing job loosening/ releasing the tension. Covid related: you have to wear mask when you go to the location and when you are facing up. Price: it’s a little on the high end, but they do have some deals online where you buy 3 sessions and get 1 free. Overall: I’m happy with my experience, and will be going back here.
